Creative Director

We are looking for an experienced creative director to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to take our brand and our creative messaging to the next level. As creative director, you will manage, mentor and lead our creative team of graphic designers, copywriters, web designers, motion graphics designers and videographers.

Based on input and goals discussed with the marketing department, you will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to our audience.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to take the company’s general messaging and strategy and craft smart, creative campaigns that look great and communicate our brand’s message effectively. You will use your superior graphic design knowledge to work with the design team to develop our brand identity throughout all print and digital projects.


  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing and the product teams (and others) to obtain knowledge of project requirements, audience and messaging
  • Direct, motivate and mentor art directors, designers and creative team to develop their talents and skills
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Lead regular design critique sessions to ensure all work is up to department and brand standards
  • Write unique and well-crafted copy
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future


  • Proven experience as an in-house or agency creative director
  • Minimum 7 years experience as a senior graphic designer, art director, copywriter
  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • Outstanding leadership and organization skills
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • Degree in graphic design, advertising, fine art, or relevant field
