HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will proactively develop programs and processes to drive to even higher levels of engagement across the organization. This key role in our growing HR team will focus on Employee Communications, Culture Initiatives, HRIS & Payroll, Immigration, and leading the new hire experience.


You will collaborate with multiple departments on a daily basis to help build our culture based on innovation, employee growth and individual development.



  • Manage HRIS data and payroll changes
  • Coordinate immigration process with outside counsel including, J1, H-1B, Green Card, and OPT visas.
  • Coordinate company culture and employee engagement
  • Own the on-boarding process and new hire experience
  • Manage the employee communications including human resources activities (event planning)
  • Plan and assist with recruiting, training, and social events
  • Proactively respond to employee questions regarding but not limited to the following - benefits, employee relations, and company guidelines


  • BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist role, preferably in a startup or growing tech company
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • High business acumen to be able to effectively communicate with managers and employees
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee information
  • Strong ability to work in a fast past, every changing, highly technical environment while having fun!
